Yes, and it stays free. We don’t sell placement or premium positions. Our commission comes from the venue when a booking is confirmed, and nothing else.
How long does it take to get listed?
Once you submit your venue, our team reviews the details to make sure everything meets our standards. This typically takes 2–5 business days. We'll be in touch if we need anything else, and your profile goes live as soon as it's approved.
How does the listing process work?
Fill in the form above with your location, capacities, facilities and photos. We review every submission and come back to you if anything is missing. Once approved, your venue is visible to the event teams who use Venuemap.

We don’t list by category. A venue is here because it suits the events our clients run: the right location, a reputation that holds up, service that delivers on the day, and rooms that work. Star ratings and building type matter far less than whether a venue delivers operationally and is practical and convenient for the event.
