Wild by Tart is a neighbourhood restaurant set within a multipurpose space.
Housed in a former power station, the 9000 sq ft. site combines a restaurant, bar, retail store, events space and photography studio.
Ingredients are sourced wherever possible from the founders' farms in Northumberland and Somerset. They are selective about the partners they work with and look for partnerships who offer unique stories of sustainability or craftsmanship.
The restaurant offers a relaxed sharing menu, with emphasis on seasonal ingredients. Dishes are served from an open kitchen with counter seating, a wood burning oven and charcoal grill.
